Reports are handy and always available. Also, view your district’s library items, learn about completing the End of Year Process, and more!

Reports: Always Available

Reports are built in to nearly every data table in Presto Assistant. We renamed the “Export” button as “Reports” to match the wording that most people use.

These powerful options are always available on our Data Grid tables to allow you to get the exact data you need:

• Search
• Sort, including multi-column sorting using the “control” or “command” key
• Multiple filters
• Show/hide columns
• Re-order columns using drag-and-drop

When your data looks great, use the “Reports” button to export to CSV or print your data.

View District Library

Now your library viewing is stronger than ever. Check the “More Actions” menu to see the new “View District Library” option. This will show you all the library items in your district in a read-only view.

A district Administrator can choose to disable the viewable library in the District Settings page. This will hide the “View District Library” option from the “More Actions” menu for all directors.

Other Items

• Clicking on your organization’s logo in the top left of any screen will take you back to the Dashboard.
• New support article for “Complete the End of Year Process”.
