Summer’s here! Several small but helpful updates roll out in our mid-June 2021 release.
Add Custom Organization Roles
Directors can now add custom roles for any student. If you have a band “Drum Captain” or an orchestra “Section Leader”, go ahead and add them! When you are adding or updating any student, you can add a new role directly in the form. That new role is available immediately in the drop down.
End of Year Process
We recently added a slick End of Year process to help directors transition their users to the next school year. This process needs to be completed by 6/30 each year. We added a fun reminder to help directors get ready for this transition.
Library Item History
Directors can see the history for any library item now. Click on a row in the library table to bring up the details page. Near the bottom of the page you will find the history for that item.
School Year Filters
If you recently completed the End of Year process, your day just got better! Now any school year drop down or table filter you encounter in Presto Assistant will default to your organization’s current school year.
