Presto Product Updates

The year is ending strong! The November-December 2025 update brings uniform types, a helpful scheduled email heads-up, and a whole lot of polish. Let’s take a look at what’s new!

Uniform Types

Uniforms just got a whole lot more organized! You can now assign a custom type to any uniform — like “Marching,” “Concert,” or “Mariachi” — to keep your inventory clearly categorized. When creating or editing a uniform, pick from the list or type in a new value on the spot. Everything stays organized and easy to find.

Scheduled Email Warning

Timing is everything! When scheduling an email to send later, you’ll now see a friendly reminder that you can cancel the send up to 10 minutes before it goes out. It’s a small nudge, but it can save the day if you need to make a last-minute change.

ClassLink IT Setup Guide

Setting up ClassLink rostering just got easier for your IT team. There’s now a dedicated step-by-step guide (link) in the Presto support site walking IT admins through the full ClassLink connection process — from enabling rostering to activating data sharing. Share it with your IT team and get connected faster!

Other Improvements

Some more quality-of-life updates worth knowing about:

• Credit action button labels — The action buttons on the Financial Credits page now show clear, meaningful labels (“Donate” / “Return”) instead of raw system values. What you see now matches what the action actually does.
• “Only send to adults” email fix — The toggle to send emails only to adults now correctly saves to your draft as you work. No more surprises when reviewing before you send!
