As part of building and delivering our Services, Presto Assistant engages and uses third-party data processors. At times, these services have access to certain student/parent personally-identifiable information (PII). Third-party subprocessors provide crucial support for our company infrastructure, such as technical assistance for customers, sending emails, or logging data. Prior to engaging any third-party subprocessor, Presto Assistant performs due diligence to evaluate their privacy, security, and confidentiality practices.
